In order to provide the best service for you, your pets and others, we have established the following policies.
PAYMENT
Payments for walking or sitting services are to be paid in full at the time of booking or on our first day of service. We accept all major Visa/Master card, check or cash. Please leave Gratuities in pet sitters name when using a check or cash. Please visit our online service to enter you credit card information or call the office if you wish to pay with credit card.
CANCELLATIONS
24 hour notice is required. Any cancellations made after 7 A.M. on the day of a scheduled service or series of services are non refundble. You can leave a voice message at the office prior to 7 A.M. the day of the visit. All remaining paid services will be given a credit and can be used for further services.
HOLIDAY PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
All reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas,New Years and March Break must be paid in full at booking. Cancellations two weeks prior to first visit are 50% refundble for entire schedule and will be given a credit that can be used for future services. Cancellations one week prior to first visit are 25% refundble for entire schedule and will be given a credit that can be used for future services. Cancellations less than one weeks notice is non-refundble.
HOLIDAY CHARGE
Holiday charges will be time and a half per visit for the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve ,Christmas Day.
LATE NIGHT OR EARLY MORNING VISITS
Visits made between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:30 am are subject to an additional $5 per visit.
SAME DAY SERVICE REQUESTS
All services booked within 24 hours may be subject to a $10 service charge. If less than 3 hours a $20 service charge may apply.
KEY COPIES
We must have two (2) working keys at the time of the consultation or give the sitter $5 to make a copy for the office. Key drop off/pick up charge of one visit.
